Those passionate about aviation made the choice to
attend AirVenture Oshkosh. They have spoken loudly
and clearly in terms of their passion for flight. The opportunities for EAA, going forward are tremendous. We
need to ensure that the passion that exists at ‘Oshkosh’
continues on a year-round basis.”
Approval of Board Minutes
Poberezny stated that the minutes of the board of directors meetings held since the last annual meeting
would be available at the podium if anyone wished to
review them. He then asked for approval of the following motion:
RESOLVED, that all acts, decisions, and proceedings
by the board of directors of the Experimental Aircraft
Association since the last annual membership meeting
in 2008, and the annual report presented by the president of the association, be and the same hereby are
approved and ratified.
A motion to approve the resolution was made and
seconded. The motion carried.
