James Baldwin to receive Bingelis Award

JAMES BALDWIN, WHO BUILT the second RV- 6 to fly, will receive the 2010 Tony Bingelis Award at the Homebuilders Dinner July 29. Baldwin, EAA 110713, of Pickerington, Ohio, has dedicated more than 60 years to the aviation community, encouraging builders and their projects as an EAA technical counselor and promoting aviation safety.

The Tony Bingelis Award honors the late Tony Bingelis, a respected homebuilding authority and EAA Sport Aviation columnist.

Tickets for the Homebuilders Dinner will be available at Homebuilders Headquarters during the convention.
