CHAPTER 866 YOUNG EAGLES RALLY

EAA CHAPTER 866 HOSTED a Young Eagles Rally at the Arthur
Dunn Air Park in Titusville, Florida, on October 15, 2011.
Six different member pilots volunteered their time and
airplanes to provide free airplane rides to 35 boys and
girls, many of whom had never flown in an airplane of any
kind, much less a small general aviation aircraft. Several
other members of
EAA Chapter 866
volunteered their
time conducting
ground school
orientation sessions
using a Cessna
152, taking photos,
registering the kids
and printing their
certificates, helping
to safely coordinate
