HANDS ON
Dream. Build. Fly.
Three words that encompass EAA
BY CHAD JENSEN

I’VE THOUGHT A LOT about those three words over the last six
months. Those three words together were nothing more than a
title to some young writer’s column six months ago. What I’ve
learned since then, though, is that those three words actually
encompass all of EAA, from the very beginning. It’s the fault of
EAA Multimedia Journalist Brady Lane and Caleb Ihrig that those
three words have come to mean something quite a bit more to me
in the last six months.
As mentioned, Brady has a column in
this magazine titled Dream Build Fly, and
while I’ve been a fan of his writing for
quite some time, I never gave much
thought to that title. They were his words,
and I felt that since those were the words
he chose, those words “belonged” to him.
They really don’t. They belong to all of us.
